Yarn Bombing In Northern KY

What is Yarn Bombing? On Street corners all over the world Yarn graffiti  artists snake their work around telephone poles, wrap it throug barbed wire - it goes everwhere. That statue just might look great with a bright colored scarf. This is now an international guerrill knitting movement embraced by artist of all ages. As per my new fav book The Art and Crochet and Knit Graffiti , "Yarn Bombing".

Knitwits Yarn Shop KY - has been bombed! We are meeting on Tuesdays at 4:30. If you are near and would like to join us - stop by:)

We are the knit graffiti collaborative Yarn Bombing Los Angeles (YBLA) and have a project that calls for covering the Craft and Folk Art Museum in granny squares and as we were making a map of all the locations we got participants from, we noticed we don't have any from your state. Would you help us spread the word? The deadline for the project is March 1st and we ask participants to send us 5 inch granny squares in particular colors.
